香味噴鼻~蕃茄牛腩

蕃茄牛腩

蕃茄紅了,醫生的臉都綠了酸微酸微的蕃茄與牛肋燉煮成一鍋香味噴鼻蕃茄牛腩,一鍋到底無論配飯或拌麵做成蕃茄牛肉湯麵也超滿足的

食材

  • 牛肋條, 1500克
  • 牛蕃茄, 10顆
  • 蔥,薑,蒜,辣椒, 適量
  • 八角,月桂葉, 各3
  • 調味料
  • 醬油, 2大匙
  • 冰糖, 2大匙
  • 米酒, 1大匙
  • 白胡椒粉, 1大匙
  • 鹽巴, 少許
  • 常溫水, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:將牛蕃茄5顆切塊備用5顆攪拌成蕃茄汁備用將牛肋條多餘油脂切除,(利用油脂煸炒出食物牛油就不用再另外使用其他油脂)。牛肋條切適合塊狀將鍋子加熱後放入取下的牛油小火煸出牛油後將多餘油脂倒出image步驟 2:將牛肋塊倒入煸炒至表面變色image步驟 3:將所有辛香料放入一起拌炒出香味image步驟 4:倒入蕃茄塊翻炒均勻後加入調味料image步驟 5:再倒入蕃茄汁及適量水蓋過牛肉大火煮滾後轉小火燉煮30分鐘蓋上鍋蓋熄火燜30分再開小火燉煮20分,熄火蓋鍋蓋燜30分完成。image步驟 6:如圖image步驟 7:無論是喜歡吃麵或是喜歡吃飯愛怎麼配隨你變化喔!image步驟 8:如圖
