香腸起司歐姆蛋

早餐、早午餐的好選擇,滿滿地餡料,加上牽絲的起司,又香又有飽足感,簡單方便又好做,搭配優質橄欖油,完全不膩口。

食材

  • 雞蛋, 4顆
  • 香腸, 2條
  • 洋蔥, 0.5顆
  • 青椒, 0.5顆
  • 紅甜椒, 0.5顆
  • 黃甜椒, 0.5顆
  • 優質鮮榨橄欖油, 3湯匙
  • 馬薩瑞拉起司, 70克
  • 調味料
  • 鹽, 1茶匙
  • 黑胡椒粉, 少許
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:選擇優質橄欖油做這道料理,可以讓成品吃起來ㄧ點都不油膩~青椒與甜椒去籽去白膜,洗凈備用;香腸除去腸衣;image步驟 2:香腸、青、甜椒和洋蔥都切成小丁;雞蛋打入碗中打散備用;image步驟 3:鍋熱放少許橄欖油,炒香香腸肉(可用火腿、培根替代);image步驟 4:放入洋蔥、青、甜椒丁,加調味料炒香;image步驟 5:將所有的料都略炒後,放蛋之前先加約2湯匙的橄欖油;image步驟 6:倒入打散的蛋液,快速的將蛋液與配料混勻;image步驟 7:混勻到沒有流動的蛋液後,轉小火;image步驟 8:撒上起司,蓋鍋蓋燜煎1分鐘;image步驟 9:待起司融化;image步驟 10:將兩邊向中間折,或者也可以對折,然後翻面煎到定型後,即可起鍋。image步驟 11:食用時可依喜好淋上蕃茄醬享用。
