什錦娃娃菜鮭魚燒-年菜料理

過年到,上桌的料理總不能只有肉食啊,來道營養均衡的什錦料理吧,準備一大盤,有菜有肉,整個視覺超享受的喔!

食材

  • 鮭魚肉中段, 1片
  • 娃娃菜, 半顆
  • 紅蘿蔔, 1根
  • 乾香菇, 5朵
  • 雞蛋豆腐, 1盒
  • 大蒜苗, 1根
  • 蒜頭, 5瓣
  • 辣椒, 1根
  • 調味料
  • 米酒, 50cc
  • 日式醬油, 50cc
  • 泡香菇的水, 100cc
  • 鰹魚粉, 1小匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:準備材料,雞蛋豆腐切片,鮭魚肉切片,娃娃菜去纖維切片,紅蘿蔔切片,香菇泡水切成四等分,蒜切片,辣椒切段,大蒜苗切絲(最後裝飾用)image步驟 2:香菇可以先用水沖過再泡水,泡香菇的水可以運來來作料理,會更香~image步驟 3:把鮭魚放入鍋中,小火慢煎到兩面金黃上色,因為之後會燒煮,所以就不用鹽醃製了image步驟 4:煎好的鮭魚肉取出備用image步驟 5:煎鮭魚肉會煎出油脂,就用煎出來的油煎雞蛋豆腐,一樣兩面金黃上色,就可以取出備用image步驟 6:再把蔬菜類,放入鍋中炒香image步驟 7:再把煎過的豆腐,鮭魚放入,蒜片,辣椒,加入調味料image步驟 8:蓋上鍋蓋燒煮8分鐘image步驟 9:最後撒上蒜苗image步驟 10:完成上桌

    小撇步不喜歡娃娃菜,可以用大白菜替代!
