【快餐店】起司馬鈴薯餅

大力推介!很多大人小孩都喜歡快餐店的馬鈴薯餅harsh brown,其實做法超簡單,自己做,還可加入起司碎和其他香料,更好味!也可用烘箱烤,不用油炸!快試試!

食材

  • 馬鈴薯(中型), 2個
  • 中筋麵粉, 2大匙
  • 鹽, 2小匙
  • 黑胡椒粉, 1/4小匙
  • 起司碎, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:將馬鈴薯去皮,然後刨絲image步驟 2:將馬鈴薯絲放入一大碗水內,泡浸10分鐘,瀝乾水份image步驟 3:將馬鈴薯絲放入鍋內,用中火煮約五分鐘 (不用下油)image步驟 4:將馬鈴薯絲和餘下的材料拌勻,再塑形image步驟 5:下油在鍋內,以半煎炸的方式煎熟薯餅至金黃色即成!*用烤箱也可:200度C,烤約40-45分鐘image步驟 6:如圖

    小撇步*這個食譜可做約5塊薯餅*也可加自己喜歡的香料
