暖心暖胃的湯品!當歸蘿蔔排骨湯

當歸蘿蔔排骨湯

冷冷的天,最需要暖心暖胃的湯品了,可以搭配一些中藥食材,讓湯的香氣提升外,也能補氣補充營養,打造紅潤的氣色!手腳也暖活許多!

食材

  • 軟骨排, 250g
  • 白蘿蔔, 250g
  • 當歸, 一片
  • 蔘鬚, 2根
  • 紅棗, 10顆
  • 枸杞, 一大匙
  • 清水, 1000C.C
  • 調味料
  • 鹽, 一小匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:準備食材。白蘿蔔去皮切塊。中藥材先沖洗一下,枸杞、紅棗可以泡水備用。image步驟 2:準備一鍋水,水滾後把排骨放入,川燙一下去除雜質。image步驟 3:準接著把白蘿蔔跟中藥材放入*枸杞可以晚一點再放。image步驟 4:蓋上鍋蓋,約煮30分鐘,開蓋測試排骨是否軟透image步驟 5:口感可以後,才放入枸杞,並進行調味。image步驟 6:最後再煮10分鐘即可起鍋。image步驟 7:*烹煮時間,可依照自家喜歡的排骨口感來調整時間!家中有長輩跟小孩建議煮的時間可以長一些,口感會更軟
