雞翅燜飯

ㄧ鍋到底的好吃、方便料理,雞翅香嫩,燜飯可口,還有許多蔬菜,讓口感很豐富,且具有高蛋白、低脂肪的營養價值,適合急需烹製料理的人。

食材

  • 單翅, 500克
  • 白米, 1.5杯
  • 蒜頭, 2瓣
  • 紅蘿蔔, 1/3根
  • 四季豆, 15根
  • A菜心, 1根
  • 辣椒, 0.5根
  • 蔥, 2根
  • 水, 1.5米杯
  • 雞翅醃料
  • 醬油, 0.5湯匙
  • 米酒, 1湯匙
  • 黑胡椒粉, 少許
  • 調味料
  • 醬油, 1湯匙
  • 棕櫚糖或二砂, 2茶匙
  • 米酒, 1湯匙
  • 黑胡椒粉, 少許
  • 鹽, 1茶匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:雞翅用醃料抓勻備用;蒜切末、紅蘿蔔切絲、A菜心協切成塊、四季豆切切成條、辣椒用可飲用水洗淨後斜切,蔥用可飲用水洗淨後擦乾,切成蔥花;白米洗淨備用。image步驟 2:平底鍋放橄欖油燒熱,下蒜末和紅蘿蔔絲炒香;image步驟 3:雞翅面朝下煎;image步驟 4:把雞翅兩面都煎上色;image步驟 5:下調味料,加1/2杯水將雞翅燉滷3分鐘;image步驟 6:煮到滷汁剩一點點,下A菜心和四季豆絲炒均勻(可自行更換喜歡的蔬菜,以水份含量少、有口感的爲佳)。image步驟 7:放入白米炒勻;image步驟 8:加入水份,並將食材都壓入水下,中火煮滾;image步驟 9:煮滾後轉小火,蓋鍋蓋煮8分鐘,然後關火再燜8分鐘;image步驟 10:燜好後放入辣椒和部份蔥花,將飯拌鬆,並試吃微調,即可想享用。
