韓式辣燉雞_零廚藝 電子鍋料理

韓式辣燉雞不僅配料豐富,而且香辣開胃。料理步驟也極為簡單,只須將食材事先洗切醃漬好,再搭配電子鍋一鍋煮就完成囉♪★

食材

  • 仿土雞腿肉, 500g
  • 韓式年糕條, 10條
  • 大雞心, 6顆(可省略)
  • 馬鈴薯, 1顆
  • 紅蘿蔔, 1/4條
  • 青/紅辣椒, 各1根
  • 清水, 1米杯
  • 爆香材料
  • 香油, 1大匙
  • 洋蔥, 1/2顆
  • 青蔥, 1支
  • 醃料
  • 韓國辣椒醬, 3大匙
  • 韓國辣椒粉, 1大匙
  • 醬油, 1大匙
  • 蒜泥, 2小匙
  • 白砂糖, 1小匙
  • 白胡椒粉, 1/4小匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:備好所有食材。雞腿肉洗淨切小塊,雞心用鹽巴搓洗後,壓除內部血水。馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔和洋蔥均切成塊狀。青蔥分成蔥白、蔥綠並切段。蒜頭磨成泥,青、紅辣椒斜切好。image步驟 2:取一密封袋,先放進雞腿肉、雞心、馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔和年糕條,再加進[醃料]稍加按摩10分鐘後,入冰箱冷藏醃漬1小時入味。image步驟 3:取出電子鍋,(內鍋)加進香油、洋蔥丁和蔥白,蓋上鍋蓋後,點按[保溫模式],計時10分鐘使香氣出。image步驟 4:接著,(內鍋)再放進醃漬好的食材,加進清水,蓋上鍋蓋,點按[粥湯模式]烹煮。烹煮至45分鐘時,掀蓋快速上下翻拌一次鍋內食材後,再蓋上鍋蓋,直至烹煮完成。image步驟 5:烹煮完成時,可續燜10分鐘使之更入味。起鍋前,再拌進辣椒片、蔥綠就完成囉♪

    小撇步1.用的是量米杯,1米杯=180ml。2.[清水量]只淹過食材三分之二,故須上下翻拌一次使食材完熟。3.年糕不須事先泡軟,但須避免擺放內鍋底部,以免黏鍋焦底。4.也可改成一般鍋爐火煮,但年糕須事先用水泡軟才能煮熟透。
