【這群記者】社子最強!「曾好吃地瓜球」酥Q有嚼勁 一粒2元超佛心

在製作「社子夜間部美食」YouTube影片前,我和飲食作家毛奇約在社子夜市口,準備前往店家勘景,等待時我看到一攤「曾好吃地瓜球」,美食雷達大響,直覺會是厲害的。一吃,真的有驚豔!是我目前吃過數一數二厲害的,重點是一粒才2元,超級佛心價。

老闆製作的手法很傳統費工,並非一般用大鍋子,方便快速壓製的機械做法。反而把麵糰搓得小小顆,下鍋炸至金黃,再用漏勺一粒一粒碾壓、迅速挑起。

拿到手立刻吃,外皮硬挺酥脆,裡頭軟Q有嚼感,不油不膩,有天然不浮誇的地瓜香。嘴巴還在咬,已經插妥下一顆了,因為太涮嘴。重點是好便宜,10粒才賣20元。

雖然是開在社子夜市口,但老闆下午2點半就出來擺攤,約莫到傍晚6點就會收攤,老闆娘說下雨天休息的機會很大,所以想吃,可得看好天氣跟時間。
