用電鍋做豆花!沁涼豆花

沁涼豆花_電鍋料理 20分鐘

燜熱的天氣,來碗清涼的豆花就是幸福!簡單3種材料,用電鍋輕鬆蒸出媲美店家的美味豆花!加上滿滿一碗的冬瓜茶,清爽又消暑,孩子說這回的配方比外面賣的還要好吃唷♪★

食材

  • 有糖豆漿, 450g
  • 洋菜條, 2g
  • 清水, 50g
  • 冬瓜茶, 隨意
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:備好所有食材。豆漿盛裝於耐蒸鋼碗裡,洋菜條剪成碎狀,備用。image步驟 2:取一耐蒸鋼碗,加進洋菜碎及清水量,浸泡至少30分鐘讓洋菜碎軟化。image步驟 3:取出電鍋,(外鍋)加進1米杯水量。先擺上一只蒸架,放上盛裝洋菜碎的鋼碗。再疊上一只蒸架,放上盛裝豆漿的鋼碗,即可蓋上鍋蓋進行蒸煮。(詳如圖)(蒸約17分鐘)image步驟 4:開關跳起,立即取出兩只鋼碗(小心燙手)。快速攪拌洋菜碎預防沉底,並馬上加進熱豆漿中拌勻。接著,用濾網過篩一次,去除未溶解的洋菜碎。放涼後,蓋上蓋子移至冰箱冷藏約2小時即可。image步驟 5:淋上冬瓜茶就完成囉 \\( ̄▽ ̄)//image步驟 6:這是我用的洋菜條和豆漿(含糖),也可改用自己煮的豆漿唷!

    小撇步1.用的是10人份電鍋。2.洋菜條剪得越碎,蒸煮越容易溶解完全。3(步驟二)須確實用水泡軟,勿直接加進豆漿蒸煮,會失敗。4.步驟四動作須迅速,以免溫度降低造成洋菜提前凝固。5.豆漿可依個人甜度喜好,選擇有糖或無糖。6.用的是市售瓶裝冬瓜茶,也可自己煮冬瓜茶或糖水。
