日式風味的鮭魚炒飯

日式風味的鮭魚炒飯使用日式醬油,帶點昆布味~簡單的炒飯口味上也可以有餐廳質感喔!*建議使用隔夜飯,米粒更好炒,更容易粒粒分明!*裡面使用的鳳梨是罐頭鳳梨,如果使用新鮮鳳梨也可以!但不要多,水果容易出水,加太多會影響炒飯口感。

食材

  • 鮭魚肉, 1片約200g
  • 熟米飯, 400g
  • 蛋, 1顆
  • 美生菜, 100g
  • 鳳梨片(罐頭), 3片
  • 調味料
  • 日式醬油, 2大匙
  • 黑胡椒粉, 1/2小匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:食材有這些image步驟 2:先把鮭魚煎熟。鮭魚肉片如果太厚,可以切片再煎!鮭魚煎熟取出,用叉子幫忙撥散image步驟 3:把雞蛋放入鍋中炒散image步驟 4:再放入米粒拌炒(主要讓米粒不成糰)image步驟 5:放入調味料,讓米粒均勻沾上醬料image步驟 6:最後才加入美生菜,鮭魚,鳳梨,一起快速中大火拌炒,這樣就完成了image步驟 7:美味上桌
