沙茶燒肉蓋飯

營養豐富且風味獨特的沙茶醬醃過的小里肌,只需要煎好,就可以蓋在熱騰騰的白飯上,口感柔軟沙茶味濃郁,是一道美味的主食料理。

食材

  • 豬小里肌(腰內肉), 400克
  • 蔥綠, 2支
  • 醃肉醬
  • 沙茶醬, 2湯匙
  • 蒜末, 2瓣
  • 醬油, 1湯匙
  • 米酒, 1湯匙
  • 棕櫚糖或二砂, 1茶匙
  • 黑胡椒粉, 少許
  • 香油, 少許
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:蔥綠洗淨後擦乾,切成手指長度後,再切成細絲,用可飲用少洗淨後,浸泡一下;醃肉醬調好在碗裡;image步驟 2:腰內肉切成適當大小並厚度均勻的肉片;image步驟 3:將肉片放入醃料中,冰箱冷藏醃漬2小時;image步驟 4:鍋熱放油,下醃好的肉片;image步驟 5:煎到一面金黃後,翻面;image步驟 6:兩面都煎上色後,直接用碗裝白飯,把沙茶肉片鋪在白飯上,在擺上擦乾的蔥絲點綴即可。煎肉的原鍋,再加兩湯匙薄鹽醬油、1.5茶匙糖、1/3杯冷開水,煮滾後試味道微調,做成鹹甜口的醬汁淋在肉上,用來拌飯超讚。
