夏日必吃美食!冷盤雞肉捲

冷盤雞肉捲

夏天真的太熱了,運用小家電的幫忙,減少一點在廚房的時間!讓料理也能快速輕鬆!這道冷盤菜色,概念跟醉雞很像,少了黃酒跟中藥材!是小朋友也能一起享用的菜色喔!

食材

  • 去骨雞腿肉(仿土雞腿為佳), 2隻
  • 胡椒鹽, 一大匙
  • 調味料
  • 高湯, 250ml
  • 水, 250ml
  • 醬油, 50ml
  • 糖, 30g
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:準備食材image步驟 2:雞腿肉用餐巾紙吸除表面水分,肉面輕切幾刀(肉不斷開),撒上胡椒鹽做調味image步驟 3:雞腿肉捲起,用棉繩綁好,不會用棉繩綁可以用鋁箔紙捲起即可image步驟 4:把雞腿肉捲放入有深度的耐熱容器裡。放入電鍋蒸,外鍋兩米杯,蒸到跳起*仿土雞腿比較大隻,捲起厚度比較後,所以外鍋兩杯水蒸煮,確保熟透image步驟 5:蒸好的雞腿會釋放出高湯(高湯取出要煮醬汁用)。高湯+水量(總共500ml),加入醬油、糖調整鹹甜度,醬汁煮滾即可image步驟 6:把雞腿肉捲放入保鮮盒,倒入醬汁,蓋上餐巾紙,並蓋上上蓋,放入冰箱冷藏!image步驟 7:隔天取出,切片享用

    小撇步1.使用仿土雞腿,蒸煮後的高湯比較鮮甜2.蒸煮後的高湯留著做醬汁,風味很加分3. 不會用棉繩綁可以用鋁箔紙捲起
