【影片】日式簡易食譜 - 大阪燒

大阪燒又稱為關西風御好燒,御好燒的意思為隨意把喜歡的東西烤來吃,其實是不太講究的東西。用這個食譜做基礎,配搭任何自己喜歡的東西,做出自己專屬的御好燒吧!

食材

  • 高麗菜, 100 克
  • 洋蔥, 30 克
  • 中筋麵粉, 50 克
  • 鰹魚素, 1/4 茶匙
  • 鹽, 1/8 茶匙
  • 雞蛋, 1 隻
  • 水, 40 毫升
  • 五花肉片, 3 片
  • 大阪燒醬, 適量
  • 日式蛋黃醬, 適量
  • 海苔粉, 適量
  • 柴魚片, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:把高麗菜切成 1 – 2 cm 邊長方塊。image步驟 2:把洋蔥切成小粒。image步驟 3:把中筋麵粉、鰹魚素和鹽先以手動打蛋器拌勻並拌散粉粒。加入雞蛋和水,拌至順滑。image步驟 4:把高麗菜和洋蔥加入至步驟 3 中,拌勻成粉漿。image步驟 5:平底鍋中,以中大火燒熱油,調至中小火,加入粉漿弄成圓形,放上五花肉片,煎 4 分鐘。image步驟 6:把燒餅翻面,多煎 4 分鐘。image步驟 7:上碟,掃上大阪燒醬。image步驟 8:唧上日式蛋黃醬。image步驟 9:灑上海苔粉。image步驟 10:最後放上柴魚片即成。

    小撇步份量:1 個大阪燒可把適量牛奶加入日式蛋黃醬中,可以減輕蛋黃醬的味道,而且唧起來會比較順。
