中秋節吃烤肉!咖哩烤雞串佐優格蜂蜜芥末醬

咖哩烤雞串佐優格蜂蜜芥末醬

想吃烤肉,又不想太有負擔,可以選擇用優格醃製肉類,並使用優格調製醬料!這樣清爽的風味很適合不愛重口味的朋友喔。*在家就能快速、簡單、輕鬆,用平凡食材雞胸肉做出餐廳最高人氣的家常菜!

食材

  • 雞胸肉, 1附(約450g)
  • 醬油, 1大匙
  • 米酒, 1大匙
  • 優格, 2大匙
  • 咖哩粉, 1/2大匙
  • 醬料
  • 優格, 1大匙
  • 蜂蜜, 1大匙
  • 黃芥末醬, 1大匙
  • 芥末籽醬, 1大匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:買一付新鮮的雞胸肉,稍微用清水清洗一下,再分切成每塊3公分左右的立方體,不要太小塊,這樣串會比較好串,烤過也比較不會太柴image步驟 2:雞胸肉放入容器中,加入優格,醬油,米酒,咖哩粉,混合拌勻,醃製2小時,或是前一晚先醃製放冰箱,隔天取出再串也可以image步驟 3:醃好的雞胸肉塊用竹串串起。*烤箱預熱200度,溫度到達後,放入烤肉串,用200度烤13分鐘image步驟 4:烤好後就可以先取出,進行調製醬料(優格,黃芥末,芥末籽醬,蜂蜜),混合拌勻即可image步驟 5:把醬料淋在肉串表面,就可以享用這異國風味的美食囉

    小撇步*使用優格來醃製肉類,肉會軟嫩一些,尤其對雞胸肉這種比較沒有脂肪的部位。*雞胸肉切大塊一些,這樣烤完才不會過柴,烤的時間約13~15分鐘,主要看你家裡的烤箱,烤溫還是會有些許落差喔!
