水果酥皮塔

美味點心不需大費周章!利用市售酥皮搭配香濃卡式達醬及簡單水果裝飾,就可以做出口感層次豐富的點心。親子一起動手,樂趣無窮~~

食材

  • 市售酥皮, 3片
  • 蛋, 1顆
  • 水, 2tbsp
  • 芒果, 適量
  • 青葡萄, 適量
  • 櫻桃, 適量
  • 防潮糖粉, 適量
  • 卡士達醬, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:酥皮請放在冷藏退冰。image步驟 2:分割成四等份。image步驟 3:一塊完整做底,其餘三塊以模具切割。image步驟 4:蛋加入水後打散。image步驟 5:左下底塗滿蛋液,不需要過多唷。image步驟 6:鋪上第一塊有切割的酥皮,稍微壓一下,讓兩塊密合。上層再塗上薄蛋液。重複此動作。image步驟 7:第三塊疊上去後,一樣表層塗上蛋液,增加烘烤後的光澤。image步驟 8:用叉子將底部酥皮戳洞。送進預熱好的烤箱,以190或200度烘烤10-12mins。實際時間請視自家烤箱溫度調整。image步驟 9:放涼後擠入卡式達醬,再裝飾自己喜歡的水果。要換成冰淇淋也可以唷~~卡式達醬製作:https://icook.tw/recipes/207032image步驟 10:可撒上防潮糖粉增加賣相。簡單又有口感層次的點心就完成嚕。image步驟 11:中間切下的部分,可以抹上蛋液,撒上少許珍珠糖,一起烘烤,就是一道可愛小巧的點心!
