孩子吃2種魚會更聰明 譚敦慈:考試前2週效果佳

很多爸媽都希望孩子聰明伶俐,但到底該怎麼吃才能讓孩子頭腦更靈光呢?無毒教母譚敦慈建議,家長不妨多讓孩子享用鯖魚。根據國外研究,在考試前2週讓孩子攝取魚類,有助於提升理解力和記憶力。

林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科護理師譚敦慈在《小宇宙大爆發》節目中指出,人體無法自行製造Omega-3脂肪酸,而鯖魚和秋刀魚是Omega-3含量最豐富的魚種,有助於提升小孩的智力發展。

譚敦慈指出,國外研究發現在考試前2週讓孩子增加魚類攝取,能顯著提升理解力和記憶力。她建議家長將鯖魚、秋刀魚、虱目魚柳、鱸魚等「看得見頭尾」的魚類納入日常飲食。

可是譚敦慈也提醒家長,雖然魚類對大腦健康有益,但並非所有魚種都適合孩子。她表示,鮪魚、魷魚、旗魚、鯊魚等大型魚類因汞含量較高,過量攝取恐會影響智力發展,小心愈吃愈笨。

台灣癌症基金會建議,多攝取富含Omega-3脂肪酸的深海魚,如鯖魚、鮭魚、秋刀魚等,並減少Omega-6的攝取,有助於調節人體的發炎反應,能夠幫助身體調整為「抗發炎」狀態。
