『三種食材』提拉米蘇-免烤箱

只要簡單的餅乾,乳酪,糖,就能製作超級好吃的仿提拉米蘇,吃一口絕對讓你驚艷!!!不同的餅乾就能變換不同口味~快點動手製作屬於自己的提拉米蘇吧^^♡

食材

  • 餅乾(咖啡/巧克力/焦糖口味), 適量
  • 馬斯卡彭乳酪, 150g
  • 細糖, 15g
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:準備好3種食材,餅乾這次選擇的是安夏非常喜歡的比利時焦糖脆餅(因為家裡有小小孩,所以不加生蛋,也沒使用咖啡和巧克力口味)image步驟 2:脆餅使用25片,用桿麵棍壓成粉狀(餅乾的選擇很重要,提拉米蘇是以咖啡和巧克力口味所製作,所以建議選這2種口味的餅乾,最好能混合使用,或灑些可可粉會更像,也能直接用提拉米蘇口味的餅乾製作)image步驟 3:乳酪加糖攪拌至糖融化image步驟 4:準備適當的容器,一層一層的堆疊,餅乾堆疊的時候要壓緊實image步驟 5:超級美味的仿提拉米蘇就完成囉~餅乾的選擇超級無敵重要~請選擇自己喜歡的餅乾品牌,製作屬於自己的完美提拉米蘇^^如果想要創新用抹茶口味....之類的餅乾當然也可以唷~
