暖心又暖胃!起司奶油焗白菜

起司奶油焗白菜

天冷時這道熱呼呼的焗烤料理實在很難抗拒,以洋蔥、培根和白菜,再加上簡單調出的白醬,並灑上滿滿的起司,讓人吃了就暖心又暖胃啊!

食材

  • 大白菜, 1顆
  • 培根, 130g
  • 洋蔥, 半顆
  • 蒜頭, 2瓣
  • 紅蘿蔔, 半根
  • 馬薩瑞拉起司, 150克
  • 白醬
  • 無鹽奶油, 30g
  • 低筋麵粉, 30g
  • 鹽, 1茶匙
  • 黑胡椒粉, 少許
  • 牛奶, 100克
  • 煮白菜的湯, 酌量
  • 調味料
  • 鹽, 2茶匙
  • 黑胡椒粉, 少許
  • 棕櫚糖或二砂, 1.5茶匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:蒜切末、洋蔥和培根切丁;紅蘿蔔切小丁;image步驟 2:白菜洗淨瀝乾,切塊(不要切太大塊);而且白菜煮好後會縮水,所以不要擔心看起來好像很多;image步驟 3:炒鍋內下橄欖油,炒香培根;image步驟 4:入蒜末與洋蔥,紅蘿蔔拌炒;image步驟 5:入白菜梗先炒軟;image步驟 6:再分批下白菜葉炒軟;image步驟 7:將全部的白菜都炒勻;image步驟 8:放入調味料拌炒,因爲白醬也會調味,所以白菜不用炒太鹹;image步驟 9:後轉小火煨ㄧ下,煮軟的白菜焗烤才好吃!image步驟 10:瀝掉白菜的湯汁,湯汁要留下;image步驟 11:取小鍋煮溶奶油,放入麵粉炒勻後先關火;image步驟 12:將奶油和麵粉混勻成糊狀;image步驟 13:再煮拌成糰;image步驟 14:分次加入牛奶、白菜湯汁、鹽、黑胡椒粉;image步驟 15:攪拌均勻後開火煮成帶稠狀,試味道調整即可。image步驟 16:白醬留下一碗的量,要鋪在白菜上,剩下的加入炒好的白菜中炒勻,image步驟 17:略微煨煮ㄧ下,不要煮到水水的,要煮成濃稠狀;image步驟 18:將白菜舀到烤盤裡,先淋上預留的白醬;再均勻撒上起司後,入烤箱180度烤20分鐘到起司上色即可。出爐後撒上新鮮的巴西里葉做裝飾。
