簡易台式蛋餅 起司肉鬆口味

台灣的早餐都好好吃喔,香港的台式料理餐廳不少但能吃到蛋餅的不多,唯有自己做吧,其實做起來很簡單呢!歡迎到面書專頁讚好!

食材

  • 中筋麵粉, 10 茶匙
  • 木薯粉(地瓜粉), 2 茶匙
  • 鹽, 1/4 茶匙
  • 水, 6 湯匙
  • 蔥粒, 2 湯匙
  • 起司片, 1 片
  • 雞蛋, 2 隻
  • 豬肉鬆, 3 湯匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:把中筋麵粉、木薯粉和鹽拌勻。image步驟 2:把水分成3-4次加入攪拌至幼滑後,加入蔥粒拌勻成粉漿備用。image步驟 3:把起司片剪開兩半備用。image步驟 4:以中火燒熱油,調至中小火,倒入粉漿,搖動鍋子讓粉漿平均鋪滿於鍋底,把餅皮煎至接近熟透。image步驟 5:加入雞蛋,弄穿蛋黃,輕輕攪拌蛋白和蛋黃,不要弄破餅皮。image步驟 6:平均地放上豬肉鬆。image步驟 7:如圖放上起司片。image步驟 8:煎至雞蛋八成熟,蛋餅的邊緣呈金黃色。image步驟 9:溫柔地捲起蛋餅成長條形。image步驟 10:調至中火,把兩面煎成金黃色。image步驟 11:可以把蛋餅切開,趁熱享用。
