什錦炒泡麵

雖說是泡麵.但配料可不馬虎.加入滿滿的蔬菜.和肉絲~捨棄調味包.以蠔油提味.一次補足所有的營養素

食材

  • 泡麵, 2包
  • 肉絲, 100g
  • 青江菜, 50g
  • 辣椒絲, 半根
  • 胡蘿蔔絲, 50g
  • 蒜頭, 10g
  • 蠔油, 20ml
  • 水, 250cc
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:食材準備:肉絲醬油米酒蒜頭抓醃蔬菜隨意出前一丁image步驟 2:蠔油一匙:150-200cc水/包image步驟 3:爆香辣椒-蒜頭-肉絲-蔬菜image步驟 4:加入蔬菜image步驟 5:加入及稀釋過的蠔油煮滾後挪個位置,讓麵體吸附湯汁image步驟 6:拌一炒就完成了👏(鹹度來自蠔油)
