低卡開胃椒麻雞

以煎取代油炸,外皮酥脆,雞腿軟嫩, 淋上酸辣醬汁~做法真的非常簡單!

食材

  • 無骨雞腿排, 300克
  • 抓醃用醬油, 1匙
  • 抓醃用米酒, 1匙
  • 洋蔥, 半顆
  • 地瓜粉, 2大匙
  • 醬汁
  • 檸檬汁, 20cc
  • 醬油, 10cc
  • 朝天椒, 依喜好
  • 蒜末, 依喜好
  • 香菜葉, 依喜好
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:雞腿排醬油米酒抓醃約10分鐘image步驟 2:將所有配料混和成醬汁image步驟 3:洋蔥切絲泡冰水去除嗆辣image步驟 4:將抓醃過的雞腿排image步驟 5:起鍋倒入少許油,以煎的方式取代油炸image步驟 6:煎至兩面酥脆熟成,切成入口大小image步驟 7:鋪上冰鎮過的洋蔥絲淋上醬汁灑上香菜葉點綴即完成
