好鬆軟「抹茶戚風蛋糕」可愛的小山丘。

把「抹茶戚風蛋糕」變成可愛的小山丘模樣~是不是很像甜點店賣的富士山造型蛋糕呢(笑)

食材

  • 蛋黃, 2顆
  • 砂糖, 30g
  • 牛奶, 30cc
  • 沙拉油, 20g
  • 低筋麵粉, 35g
  • 抹茶粉, 15g
  • [蛋白糊]
  • 蛋白, 2顆
  • 砂糖, 30g
  • [其它]
  • 打發鮮奶油, 適量
  • 草莓, 少許
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:將蛋黃及砂糖拌勻後依序加入沙拉油及牛奶拌勻。image步驟 2:倒入過篩的低筋麵粉及抹茶粉拌勻備用。image步驟 3:將蛋白與砂糖分三次打至中性發泡。image步驟 4:先取少許蛋白霜加入蛋黃糊輕輕拌勻,接著與剩餘的蛋白霜通通攪拌均勻。image步驟 5:倒入15cm模具中接著放入預熱170度烤箱烤約30分鐘。image步驟 6:烤好的蛋糕倒扣30分鐘放涼脫模。image步驟 7:切成適當大小後淋上鮮奶油及草莓。image步驟 8:迷你富士山「抹茶戚風蛋糕」可愛小山丘上桌囉!!image步驟 9:蛋糕吃起來鬆軟濕潤帶著茶香非常耐吃,濃郁的鮮奶油讓味道更有層次喔!!
